Synq started from a simple frustration: the modern job search rewards volume, but people only have so many evenings. Applicants spend hours rewriting the same resume for roles that never respond, while recruiters wade through hundreds of near-identical PDFs.

We built an agent that does the mechanical parts. Every morning it reads the market, ranks the roles worth your time from bullseye to safety net, and explains its reasoning. For the roles you approve, an anti-slop resume engine writes grounded bullets from your Career Vault — no invented metrics, no "spearheaded" — then an ATS-specific playbook files the application with evidence captured at every step.

On the other side of the exchange, recruiters get a 30-second video pitch and a multi-dimensional fit breakdown before they ever open a document. Faster for them, fairer for candidates.
